Simons Cone Crusher:
Simons is mainly composed of driving assembly, adjustment ring assembly, bowl assembly, eccentric sleeve assembly, socket bearing frame assembly, crushing cone assembly, feed frame assembly, hydraulic and lubrication systems, spring assembly (safety assembly for multi-cylinder type) and other assemblies. Meanwhile, Simons also has cavity clearing system.
Simons cone crusher includes six specifications: 2 ft (600), 3ft (900), 4ft(1200), 41/4 ft(1300), 51/2ft (1650), 7st (2100). Each one has two kinds of types: Standard and short head. And each type has four types of crushing cavities: Fine, medium, coarse and extra coarse, i. e. There are 8 crushing cavity types for each specification for customers to select. They can well adapt to the requirements of medium and fine crushing operations in different ore crushing processes for different users.
